How do I create a QR code for multiple links?

Updated September 14, 2026 · 2 min read

Click Create new, then Create a QR Code, and choose List of Links on the Type step. Fill in Page Title, add a Label and URL for each link, style the code and click Download ✓. List of Links is a dynamic-only type: scanners get one hosted page with every link as a button, in the order you set, and you can add or remove links later without reprinting.

Here is how to create a List of Links QR code. Scanners get one page with every link as a button, in your order.

Use it on a cafe counter card with menu, ordering and reviews, on a creator's stickers, or on an event banner with signup, schedule and map. Because the code is dynamic, you can add or remove links later and the printed code keeps working.

In the dashboard, click Create new, then Create a QR Code. Pick List of Links from the type grid and leave it on Dynamic. Give the code a name, add a page title and tagline, then the first link's label and URL. Choose a theme, then Download. It is saved and ready to print.

First, the page title and a tagline. They sit at the top of the page. Second, a label for each link. That is what the button says. Third, the URL behind it. Click Add Link for more, and reorder any time.

Try it on the seven-day free trial. No credit card, five dynamic QR codes. Link in the description.

When to use a list-of-links QR code

  • Cafes and shops. Menu, order ahead, reviews and socials on one counter card.
  • Creators and freelancers. One code on prints, stickers and packaging that leads everywhere.
  • Event stands. Signup, schedule and map behind one code on the banner.

Steps in the dashboard

  1. Open the wizard. In the dashboard sidebar click Create new, then Create a QR Code.
  2. Pick the type. On the Type step choose List of Links — it is in the first fifteen tiles, so you will not need More. List of Links is dynamic only, so the Static tab stays disabled.
  3. Name the page. On the Content step fill in Page Title (required) and a one-line Description under it. Add a Logo and an image if you want them.
  4. Add the links. Each row has a Label — what the button says, such as "Order ahead" or "Leave a review" — and a URL. Click Add Link for another row, and drag rows to reorder them. Use Separator Text to break the list into groups.
  5. Style it. On the QR Design step pick one of the ten Themes, or set your own dots, colours, frame and logo. Keep strong contrast between Dots Color and Background.
  6. Save and download. Click Download ✓ to create the code. For the image file, open it from My QR Codes, click Download, and pick JPEG, PNG, SVG or PDF in the Save as... dialog.

After you download

The code is now in My QR Codes, where you can rename it, tag it, file it in a folder or copy its short URL.

  • Change the content later. Click Edit on the code, change the fields, then click Update ✓. The printed pattern never changes, so nothing has to be reprinted.
  • Scans are counted. A dynamic scan passes through us, so the code records device, operating system, browser, referrer and country. Click Full analytics to read them. Cities and the scan map come with the free trial and the Business plan.
  • Keep the list current. Add a seasonal link, remove one that has expired, or reorder the buttons. The printed code shows the change immediately.

Common problems

The code will not save

Page Title is required. Fill it in, then click Next → again.

There is only one link row

One row exists by default. Click Add Link for every extra link.

A button opens nothing

Each URL needs to be a full address starting with https://. Open the page on a phone and tap every button before you print.

Add as many rows as you need with Add Link; there is no small fixed limit.

Can I reorder the buttons later?

Yes. Edit the code, drag the rows into the order you want, and click Update ✓.
