WHITE LABEL

White label QR code generator — your domain on the scan, not ours

Serve scan pages and short links from a hostname you own, with our branding removed. Built for agencies and resellers who need the work to look like theirs, because it is.

7-day free trial, no credit card required.

What “white label” actually means here

The phrase gets used loosely, so here is the specific version. Two things carry a vendor's name in a QR product: the hostname the scan resolves through, and any branding on the page the scanner lands on. White-labelling means replacing the first and removing the second.

On the Business plan you can verify up to five of your own hostnames — go.youragency.com, a client's domain, one per brand — and every code and short link issued against them resolves through that hostname. The scanner sees your domain in the address bar, not ours.

QRCodeStack branding is removed from the scan pages themselves on the same plan. And on every plan, including the trial, we never put ads or third-party branding in front of a scanner. That part is not an upgrade.

Why agencies care about the hostname

It survives the handover

A client who leaves still has printed codes resolving through a domain you control, which is a very different conversation from one resolving through a vendor they have never heard of.

It scans better

A recognisable hostname in the browser's address bar reduces the hesitation people have about scanning a code at all, which shows up as completed scans rather than abandoned ones.

It keeps clients separate

A workspace and a domain per brand means no cross-contamination of codes, reporting or members between accounts.

Setting a domain up

Point a CNAME at us, verify it in the dashboard, and certificates are issued and renewed automatically. A subdomain is the usual choice — qr.brand.com or go.brand.com — because it leaves the apex free for the main site.

From then on the domain is selectable whenever you create a code or a short link, so the same account can issue against several brands without anything leaking between them.

The same domains work for branded short links, which is usually the higher-volume half of the job once an agency has a few clients running.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does white label remove your branding from the QR image itself?

The QR image never carries our branding on any plan — it is your logo and your colours in the middle if you want one. White label refers to the hostname the code resolves through and the branding on the scan pages.

Can I resell this to my clients?

Yes. Run the codes under your own domains and workspaces and bill your clients however you like. There is no reseller licence, no revenue share and no per-client fee.

What happens to a client's codes if they leave?

They keep resolving through your domain, because the domain is yours. If you need to hand an estate over, the practical route is for the client to take over the domain — a code already printed cannot be moved between providers.

Do I need a separate account per client?

No. Multi-brand workspaces keep clients separated inside one account, each with its own domain, branding and members.

Are there ads on the scan pages on cheaper plans?

No, and there never are. QRCodeStack does not show ads or third-party branding to scanners on any plan, including the free trial. Removing our own name from the scan pages is the Business-plan part.
