What happens next?

1. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately with a reference ID.
2. For account-linked requests, we may ask you to verify ownership.
3. We respond within 30 days (extendable by 60 days for complex cases, with notice).
4. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or your EU member state's DPA).
