Where do I find invoices, receipts and VAT or GST invoices?

Updated September 14, 2026 · 2 min read

Invoices and receipts live in the Dodo billing portal, not in the dashboard. Open Settings → Personal settings → Billing and click Manage Subscription — or View Billing History if your subscription has ended — and the portal opens in a new tab with every past payment, invoice and receipt. For a VAT or GST invoice, or a correction to one, email support@qrcodestack.com.

Steps to open your billing history

  1. Open Billing. Settings → Personal settings → Billing.
  2. Find the Subscription Details card. The button underneath it changes with your subscription's state.
  3. Click it. The billing portal opens in a new tab, signed in as you.
  4. Open the payment you need and download the invoice or receipt from there.

All three open the same portal, so use whichever one you have.

VAT, GST and company details

If you need a tax invoice with your company name, address or tax registration number on it, or the details on an existing invoice are wrong, email support@qrcodestack.com with the payment date, the amount and the details you need shown. The same address handles billing corrections.

What currency you are charged in

Prices are set in US dollars and that is what your invoice shows. The site converts prices into your local currency for display only, based on where you are — there is no currency picker, and the converted figure is a guide, not the amount charged. Your bank may apply its own conversion and fees on top.

What is in the dashboard and what is in the portal

The two halves of your billing record live in different places, which is why a charge you are checking may not be where you expect.

Plan changes are the exception: those happen in the dashboard, on the Change Plan card, not in the portal. See how to upgrade, downgrade or switch to annual billing.

Common problems

I exported my data and there are no invoices in it

Correct — Export my data covers your account, QR codes, scan analytics and subscription records, but not invoices. Those only live in the billing portal.

There is no button on my Billing page

The button appears once a payment has been made. A trial that never reached checkout has no billing history to show.

The portal does not recognise me

Always reach it through the button on the Billing page rather than a bookmark, so you arrive signed in to the right customer record.

I need a receipt for a payment on a closed account

Sign in — the account keeps working after a subscription ends, and View Billing History still opens the portal. If you have deleted the account, email support instead.

Frequently asked questions

Can I download invoices from the dashboard?

No. There is no invoice list in the app; invoices and receipts are in the billing portal, reached from the Billing page.

Are invoices included in Export my data?

No. The export contains your account, QR codes, scan analytics and subscription records, but not invoices.

Can I add my company name and tax number to an invoice?

Email support@qrcodestack.com with the payment details and what you need shown, and we will sort it out.

Which currency am I charged in?

US dollars. Prices shown in your local currency are a display conversion only.

Where do I change the card on file?

In the same portal, through Manage Subscription — or Fix Payment Method if a renewal has failed.

Still stuck?

Email support@qrcodestack.com with the email on your account and, if it is about one code, its name or short link. A person replies within one business day, usually sooner.
