How to cancel QR.io
QR.io says you can cancel from your dashboard at any time. Its pricing page says static codes keep working after the free trial, but does not say what happens to dynamic codes on cancelling, so ask them before you cancel if your codes are already in print. Moving your dynamic codes means creating new ones here and, where you still can, pointing the old code at the new destination. Printed codes cannot be moved between providers.
How to compare any two QR tools
Three questions matter more than the headline price. First, what happens to printed dynamic codes if you stop paying? Ask before you print, whichever provider you use. With us, they stop resolving when the subscription ends, while downloaded static codes keep working.
Second, how many dynamic codes do you really need? Unlimited has little value if you use five, and a cap matters if you run hundreds. Third, what does the free trial let you keep? Test by printing nothing until you have seen the renewal price and the cancellation route.
