Plan limits to check first
Dynamic codes count towards your plan: 50 on Pro and 600 on Business. A batch that would take you over the limit is rejected, so a 500-row dynamic batch needs Business and enough room left on it.
Why not build it inside Excel?
Formulas and add-ins can draw a code in a cell, but those codes are usually static, with no scan counts and no way to change the destination after printing. Dynamic codes made here can be edited and measured one by one. See dynamic QR codes.
How to lay out your sheet
Your first row needs two headers: one for the code's name and one for its destination. "name" and "url" work, and so do common alternatives such as "Title" or "Destination URL". Column order does not matter, and blank rows are skipped. Each name must be unique within the batch, and also unique among your existing codes, because the name labels each file in the ZIP.
Save as .xlsx or .csv. Older .xls files are not supported, so re-save them first. Using Google Sheets? Choose File, then Download, then Microsoft Excel or CSV, and upload that file.
Bulk creates URL codes, one design for the whole batch. For vCards, WiFi or other types, create those codes one at a time. Every destination goes through the same safety check as a single code, so a flagged link stops the batch and needs replacing.
